Boiled potatoes mash with salt pepper all purpose seasoning and egg yolk - deep fried very nice teatime snak

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potato 2 medium size
  2. Butter 40 g
  3. Egg white 2
  4. Egg yolk 1
  5. All purpose seasoning 1 teaspoon
  6. Origano 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt and black pepper powder as required
  8. Bread crumbs 2 table spoon
  9. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash potatoes add butter salt and pepper
  2. Add origano , all purpose seasoning and egg yolk
  3. Mix well
  4. Use a piping bag and make fingers
  5. Then refrigerate it for about 2 hours
  6. After 2 hours whisk egg white
  7. Deep potato fingers one by one in egg white and roll it on breadcrumbs
  8. Heat oil and deep fry
  9. Drain excess oil and keep on kitchen tissue paper
  10. Serve hot with your favourite deep
