Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 1
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Butter 2 teaspoon
  4. Oil 2 spoon
  5. Wheat flour 2 cup
  6. Dry red chili 1
  7. Onion 1
  8. Cumin seeds half spoon
  9. Masala (Dry red chili and cumin seeds are take in a hot pan and fry well. Then grind it.)

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker take a potato and boil.
  2. Then take wheat flour, Salt and oil. Mix everything. Make dough with the help of water.
  3. Rest dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile peel the potato.Then mash the boil potato and add salt
  5. Meanwhile in a pan take oil. Then add dry red chili,cumin seeds, chopped onion and saute all things. After that add the mashed potato. Mix very well.
  6. Then add Masala to the mashed potato and mix very well by the help of hand. Stuffing is ready.
  7. Then divide the dough and give them a round shape like roti. Put stuffing of potato on its center and all edges of roti become join together. Again gave it a round roti shape with dust of dry flour over it.
  8. Place it on a hot tava and cook . When tiny bubbles starts to rise on the surface, flip it.
  9. Now spread 1 teaspoon butter around its edge with the help of spatula and cook. Flip it again and spread 1 teaspoon butter around its edge. Press it with spatula and cook properly.
  10. When both sides become golden brown colour then Paratha is ready.
  11. Serve it with pickle.
