Slit green chillies longitudinally.keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan .fry green chillies for 1minute and take out.keep aside .
In the remaining oil add pepper corn and cumin seeds .when splatter add sliced onion and fry till golden.
Add minced meat(qeema) and fry on high flame till water dries.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,ginger garlic paste and bay leaves.cook on medium flame for 2minutes.
Add one and half cup water and cook till boil.add salt .mix well cover and cook on medium flame for 10_12 minutes.
Stir and add garam masala powder .stir for 2_3 minutes or till oil separates .add fried green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix andcover .leave for 5minutes .
Dish out and garnish with ginger julians.
Serve.
