ABOUT Qeema chilly fry. RECIPE

Minced meat with aromatic spices and lot of fried green chillies.A delicious dish to be taken with boiled rice or chapatis.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Minced mutton 200grams
  2. Onion(thinly sliced) 1cup
  3. Pepper corn 10no
  4. Cumin seeds 1tea spoon
  5. Bay leaves 2
  6. Ginger _garlic paste 1table spoon
  7. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon
  8. Turmeric powder 1pinnch
  9. Coriander powder2table spoon
  10. Garam masala powder 1table spoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 100ml.
  13. Green chillies 8_10nos
  14. Corianderleaves for garnishing
  15. Gingerjulias 1table spoon

Instructions

  1. Slit green chillies longitudinally.keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan .fry green chillies for 1minute and take out.keep aside .
  3. In the remaining oil add pepper corn and cumin seeds .when splatter add sliced onion and fry till golden.
  4. Add minced meat(qeema) and fry on high flame till water dries.
  5. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,ginger garlic paste and bay leaves.cook on medium flame for 2minutes.
  6. Add one and half cup water and cook till boil.add salt .mix well cover and cook on medium flame for 10_12 minutes.
  7. Stir and add garam masala powder .stir for 2_3 minutes or till oil separates .add fried green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Mix andcover .leave for 5minutes .
  9. Dish out and garnish with ginger julians.
  10. Serve.
