Mugalai parantha is royal parantha with lot of vegetables and butter.
Simply awesome.
Take flour,salt in a bowl
Add 1 tbsp melted butter and baking soda
Make a soft dough
Heat oil add jeera
Add garlic and onion
Saute them add ginger and chilli
Now add all vegetables and cook them
Add all spices and mix all of them
Take a ball of dough and roll down
Spread filling in center
And fold all sides and cover stuffing
Then roll down with light hand this square parantha
Heat tawa and add butter
Cook parantha from both sides
Cut from middle and serve with pickle,chutney and curd
