Prawn malai curry is a traditional Bengali dish. It's very simple and delicious

Take jumbo prawns and marinate it with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. keep it for 5 to 10 minutes aside.
Heat the pan and add 3 tbsp mustard oil on it. Fry the prawns lightly and keep aside.
Add 4 cloves 3 cardamom one cinnamon some cumin seeds fry for 5 seconds.
Add onion paste, garlic paste Ginger paste fry for 2 minutes in low flame.
Add 1 tablespoon cumin powder half teaspoon turmeric powder half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp coconut paste and mix it well.
Add half cup water, salt, sugar, green chilli and cook 2 minute in high flame. then add fried prawns and cook for 2 minutes in high flame.
Add coconut milk and cook for 2 minute. Cover it for 5 minutes in low flame.
Add garam masala powder, 1 tbsp ghee, fresh cream and mix it well cover the pan and switch off the flame wait for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with steam rice.
