Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for dosa:point_down::point_down:
  2. 1 cup rice
  3. 1/2 cup skinless black lentil
  4. Ingredients for stuffing:point_down::point_down:
  5. Grated Coconut 1cup
  6. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  7. Cocoa powder 2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice & dal for 2/3 hours
  2. After 2/3 hours wash them well & grind it in mixi
  3. Make a smooth batter with flowing consistency
  4. Keep the batter for 2/3 hours for fermentation
  5. Then prepare stuffing also heat a pan add coconut, jaggery &cocoa powder
  6. Fry till the coconut became sticky & off the gas
  7. After fermenting the batter heat a pan
  8. Grease with oil & spread a ladle full of batter on it
  9. Thickness of dosa depends on you how thick or thin you like to eat dosa
  10. When dosa cooked add 2 spoon stuffing in the middle of dosa like the pic & roll it
  11. Then serve it with any sweet or as you wish
