Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. prawn 14 -16 piece
  2. A bunch of spinach
  3. 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  4. Methi seeds one teaspoon
  5. green chillies 4 piece
  6. dried red chilli 3 piece
  7. white mustard paste 2 tablespoon
  8. Ginger paste 2 teaspoon
  9. Nigella/onion/kalaunji/kalo jeera seeds one teaspoon
  10. salt as per taste
  11. sugar 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. boil spinach in hot water until soft.give some salt in the water while boiling as per taste.You can microwave the spinach in high power for 10 minutes as well.
  2. drain water from spinach.
  3. Heat oil.give Methi seeds, onion seeds,3 dried red chilli and 2 green chilli in the oil.Fry prawns in it.
  4. add white mustard paste and ginger paste to it.
  5. when oil separates,add the boiled spinach in it and fry it in the same oil.
  6. add salt as per taste.add a spoon of sugar as well
  7. add coconut milk to it and add rest of the green chillies to it
  8. Cover and cook until the spinach is soft and entirely cooked
  9. serve it with rice
