Drain the keema very well
Hit a pan add some oil fry onion till translucent.
Add the lamb keema, Fry them till the rawness disappear.
Add coconut paste,ginger garlic paste
Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric,garam masala powder keep sauteing till everything cooked well
Keep aside & let it cool down
In a bowl add the cooked lamb keema, coconut milk,add green chillies mustard powder yogurt, cilantro,rice,salt flour mix well
Add Garam Masala if needed
Beat the egg very well & add it to the mixture
Now shape the cutlet not make it too thin or too big
Roll them lightly in bread crumbs
Refrigerate them for halt an hour to one hour
Heat onough oil to shallow fry the cutlets
Fry each side 4minutes till golden
Serve hot with mayonnaise or cilantro mint chutney
