Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Meat or keema - 250 grams
  2. Ginger - 2 Numbers
  3. Coconut pieces 2
  4. Rosted channa Dall - 2 Tablespoons
  5. Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Green chilly- 1 or 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Gram masala 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Chopped coriander - some
  11. Onion 5 shallots

Instructions

  1. Take fresh lamb kaima
  2. Then first grind the rosted channa, fennel, curry leaves.
  3. Then add coconut, garlic,green Chilly.
  4. Add onion also.
  5. Add Gram masala powder.
  6. Add salt and grind well.
  7. Then add washed kaima also
  8. Mix well until lumppfree.
  9. Add coriander leavs
  10. Mix well and shape the balls.
  11. Deep fry the dumplings
  12. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  13. When we get the golden color balls,switch off the flame.
  14. Serve the dumplings. Enjoy well
