These yummy truffles are easy to make and delicious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dark choclate 250 gms
  2. Heavy cream 1/2 cup
  3. Butter 1 tsp
  4. Dessicated coconut 1 cup+1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Put the cream in a bowl and heat it in a pan or microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Pour the hot cream on the choclate and add butter.
  4. Cover and keep for 2 minutes and then whisk to form a smooth truffle sauce.Let this cool down properly or keep in fridge for 1/2 an hour.
  5. Add 1/2 cup coconut in this and mix well.
  6. Spread remaining coconut in a plate .
  7. Make small balls of choclate truffle and roll them in the coconut powder.
  8. Keep them in fridge for some time and then serve.
