Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Totapuri Mango, finely chopped
  2. Peeled Sweet corn 1 cup
  3. 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  4. 2 Cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
  5. Chaat masala 2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Dhania/Coriander for garnish
  9. Butter 1 tsp to saute the sweet corn

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add butter and sweet corn. Saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Keep it in fridge till it cools down.
  3. Take a big bowl and mix all the chopped vegetables and corn.
  4. Add all the dry spices. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with dhania and serve chilled.
