ABOUT Rasberry Cookies RECIPE

Yummy cookie with a ting of rasberry jam.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Cookie Dough
  2. 12 tbsp all purpose flour.
  3. 6 tbsp soft unsalted butter.
  4. 6 tbsp corn flour.
  5. 6 tbsp powdered sugar.
  6. 1 tesp vanilla essence.
  7. For Glaze
  8. 2 tbsp soft butter.
  9. 1/4 tesp vanilla essence.
  10. 8 tbsp powdered sugar.
  11. 1 1/2 tbsp milk.
  12. For Topping
  13. 3 tbsp raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Take the ingredients listed for the dough in a bowl.
  2. Mix and make a soft dough.
  3. Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Pre heat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove dough make small lemon sized balls .
  6. Place at a distance of 1 1/2 " on a lined tray.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 170℃.
  8. Remove and with the bottom of a glass press gently on the baked cookie.
  9. Let cool for few minutes,transfer them to a wire rack and cool completely.
  10. Prepare the glaze.
  11. Melt butter add vanilla and powdered sugar.
  12. Stir well . Make it smooth by adding milk slowly.
  13. Let cool.Spoon over the cooled cookies.
  14. Fill jam in a disposable piping bag, cut open the tip of the bag.
  15. Put a few drops on the glaze.
  16. With a toothpick swirl the jam and glaze.
  17. Yummy cookies are ready to serve.
