Knead a dough with the Ingredients mentioned for puris except oil
Deep fry the small puris rolled from the dough on medium flame
For sabji : In a kadai heat oil put mustard seeds, cumin seeds , curry leaves , green chillies and asafoetida
Now add the diced boiled potatoes
Add the dry spices
Mix well
Cook on low flame for about 5 minutes
Once done switch off the flame
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
Serve immediately with hot puris
