Crispy hot ,spicy & tangy potato bhajia with a twist by adding some hot sriracha sauce , herbs ,and hot pepper .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 large potatoes thinly sliced
  2. 1/2cup Gram flour
  3. 2 Tablespoon cornflour
  4. 1teaspoon cumin powder
  5. 1/2teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 Teaspoon oregano
  7. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  8. 1/4cup chopped coriander
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 tea spoon hot sriracha sauce
  11. 1teasooon minced ginger
  12. Water 1/3cup or as required

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix gram flour, rice flour, ginger , hot sriracha sauce, pepper , chilli flakes salt , cumin powder , and chopped coriander.
  2. Mix water and form a thick batter.
  3. Put potato slices in the same bowl .And make sure each slice is coated.
  4. Keep on rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a large thick bottom wok .
  6. Fry the bhajias in batches until golden brown ,about 3 to 4 minutes on medium high flame.
  7. Repeat the process until all bhajias has been fried.
  8. Drain out on absorbent paper to absorb extra oil.
  9. Serve hot with hot garlic tomato sauce .
