A very easy and quick breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Semolina
  2. 4 brown bread slices
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1 TBSP KASURI METHI
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. oil
  10. Serving: 1 tsp mayonnaise
  11. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  12. 1 tbsp cheese
  13. 1 tsp pizza herbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix semolina , kasuri methi and all dry spices
  2. Now add the curd
  3. Mix well and prepare a batter
  4. Let it rest for 5 minutes
  5. After 5 minutes mix again
  6. If the batter is too thick add litle water.
  7. Now take the bread slice and spread the mixture on one side of the bread slice
  8. On a non stick tawa apply oil and put this bread with the semolina mixture on lower side
  9. Once cooked from one side turn the bread
  10. Cook from other side too
  11. Repeat with all the breads
  12. Cut long strips about 3 ; of the toast
  13. In a serving plate arrange these long strips
  14. Apply tomato sauce , mayonnaise on top
  15. Sprinkle some pizza herb
  16. Final garnish with grated cheese
