Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 ripe mangoes
  2. 1 litre full fat milk
  3. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 tbsp Sugar
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 1 tsp cornflour
  7. 2 tbsp Chopped Cashews
  8. 3 tbsp chopped Pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. For stuffing: Boil milk in saucepan. Dissolve cornflour in little milk and add to boiling milk . Mix well. Add sugar, cardamom powder, vanilla extract and mix well. Simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool
  2. Cut the crown of mango then remove the seed with help of sharp pointed knife.Fill with ice cream and cover it with crown. Freeze until set
  3. Peel mango and slice
  4. Add little strawberry crush on top for additional taste. garnish with pistachios and serve cold
