Noodles are loved now a days i love to eat noodles almost every day but its not healthy to eat noodles daily wich include soya sause and other variants so i just made a desi version and its trun out so yummm that i cant believe and now its my family favorite love to have a full plate noodles when its raining hope you all like it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled noodles 1.5 cups
  2. Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  3. Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
  4. Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. Onion 1 sliced
  7. Achari masala 1 teaspoon
  8. Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute till its translucent
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma disappears
  3. Add all spices, kasuri methi, chili sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well
  4. Now add noodles ,mix well over high flame and stir continuously
  5. Serve hot
