It's taste is different from paneer rasgulla, but I must say its also tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover rice or fresh cooked rice...1cup
  2. Green cardamom...3
  3. Cornflour...1teaspoon
  4. All purpose flour...1teaspoon
  5. Sugar...1cup
  6. Water...5 cups

Instructions

  1. Take rice and green cardamom seeds in a mixing jar and blend it well.
  2. Grease a plate with oil and mix rice paste, cornflour and all purpose flour .Make a smooth dough of it.Keep rest for 15 minutes.
  3. After that make small balla from dough.
  4. Boil sugar syrup with water.When it will start to leave bubble, add rice balls & boil it in medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.It will double in size.
  5. Make it cool and refrigerate it.Serve chill.
