ABOUT Jeera Biscuits RECIPE

Very easy recipe,apt for monsoon season with a cup of tea.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour.
  2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
  3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
  4. 1 tesp salt.
  5. 1 1/2 tesp jeera.
  6. 1 tesp baking powder.
  7. 1/2 tesp baking soda
  8. 2 tbsp milk.

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough out of the given ingredients.
  2. Roll the dough between parchment paper.
  3. Shape with a cookie cutter.
  4. Place on a lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  7. Bake the biscuits at 170℃ for 15 to 18 minutes.
  8. Remove cool on a wire rack.
  9. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
  10. Can be stored in a air tight container for upto 4 days.
