ABOUT Chilled Mango Cappuccino With Coconut Milk RECIPE

Super quick and easy to make, this beautiful looking cappuccino is a very refreshing drink.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram ripe mango cut into small cubes
  2. 100 ml orange juice
  3. 50 gram red capsicam
  4. 20 gram chopped onion
  5. 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  6. 2 teaspoon chopped jalapeno
  7. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  8. 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
  9. 100 ml coconut milk
  10. Salt to taste
  11. For extracting 100 ml coconut milk:
  12. 3 cups scraped fresh coconut
  13. 2 cup hot water
  14. For garnishing:
  15. 2 wafer biscuits
  16. 1 teaspoon chopped mango
  17. 1 teaspoon chopped red capsicam
  18. 1 teaspoon coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. For extracting coconut milk: Pour 2 cups hot water into scraped fresh coconut and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Pass the mixture through a muslin cloth and extract fresh coconut milk.
  3. 3. For making mango cappuccino with coconut milk :-Blend chopped mango and orange juice together in a blender.
  4. 4. Now pour this mixture in a mixing bowl.Add chopped red capsicam, chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped jalapeno into it.Mix well.
  5. 5. Now add salt and crushed black peppercorns into it and mix.
  6. 6. Finally add lemon juice into it and mix well.
  7. 7. Now pour this mixture in a serving glass and keep it in a refrigerater for at least 1 hour.
  8. 8. Meanwhile beat coconut milk a little with a beater.
  9. 9. Now take out the chilled glasses from the refrigerater and make a layer with this beaten coconut milk on the top of the mango mixture.
  10. 10. Again put the glasses in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
  11. 11. When done, garnish with wafer biscuits, chopped mangoes, chopped red capsicam and coriander leaves.
  12. 12. Serve Chilled.
