Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp oil
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp gingerchili paste
  5. 1tsp chana dal
  6. 1 tsp udad dal
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 tsp cinnemon
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 6 to 7 curry leaves
  11. 1.5 tsp garm masala or pulao masala
  12. 1.5 cup rice basmati or any.
  13. 1/2 cup tofu/paneer cut in small pieces
  14. 1 ripe mango chopees in small pieces
  15. 1/2 cup greated raw mango
  16. 2 tsp parsley
  17. 1 tsp green olive
  18. 1 tsp black olive
  19. 2 tsp finey chopped coriander leaves
  20. 1 tsp peanuts
  21. 1 small bell paper
  22. 1/2 cup boiles brokly

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot add mustard seeds. Let them pop.
  2. add onion, gingerchili paste,garlic nd stir foe while . And then add chana dal,udad dal and peanut and stir until the udad dal and all are get in good gold color
  3. And than add masala and stir in slow heat
  4. Now add rice and water now add paneer/tofu, grated raw mango (for good flavor), and leave it till rice is cooked.and leave it until all water has beeb obserbed.
  5. Now sprinkle paper and salt
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 °c or 180 °c in microwave.
  7. Now cut the top of red bell paper and remove all the seeds.
  8. Now in a bowl add small choped mangoes.parsley, coriande leaves togather in rice. And stuff this rice in bell paper. And put tops back. On bell paper.
  9. Now gress butter on backing trey .back the preheat for 40 to 45 min in the preheated oven.
  10. Once capsicum turns in smokey and lil bit black color from the top now time to give smokey effect on capsicum..
  11. Process of smokey effect.- Heat charcoal till red at the edges and a layer of white forms.
  12. Place cooked capsicum in a dish with a lid. Place the glowing coal in a small metallic dish and place in the well. .
  13. Drop ghee on the coal and cover with the lid. Set aside to smoke for about 3 minutes. Serve hot rice with stuff capsicum Inmokey effect
  14. Now mango rice with stuff capsicum in smokey effect is ready to serve.
