Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For pasta
  2. Penne pasta 350 gm
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. For chicken
  6. Boneless chicken 250 gm
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. FOR VEGGIES
  10. Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
  11. Chopped capsicum 1
  12. FOR MASALA
  13. Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  14. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  15. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  16. Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  17. Chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  18. Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  19. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  20. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  21. Whole red chilly 2
  22. Salt to taste
  23. oil 2 tbsp
  24. Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. in a pressure cooker ad chicken,ginger garlic paste and salt.
  2. Cook till 2 whistles, open lid, dry all water and shred the chicken.
  3. Boil pasta in large pot with lots water, salt and 1 tbsp oil.
  4. When done, sieve and drain under tap water ,again ad 1 tbsp oil.
  5. Heat non stick skillet with 2 tbsp oil.
  6. Saute chopped ginger, chopped garlic for few seconds.
  7. Saute whole red chilly till few seconds.
  8. Ad grated cabbage, chopped capsicum and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
  9. Ad all spices, salt and sauces, cook on high flame for 1 minute again.
  10. Now ad shredded chicken and 1/2 cup water, cook until 10 minutes on medium heat.
  11. Ad boiled pasta, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  12. Switch off the flame.
  13. Grate the cheese over pasta and serve immediately.
