Strawberry flavored cake

Ingredients Serving: 4

Maida 1 cup( 1cup=200ml)
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/2cup
Curd 3 tbspn
Milk 1/2 cup
Baking pd 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspn
Salt 1/2 teaspn
Strawberry syrup 3 tbspn
Strawberry essence 1 teaspoon
Oil 70 gms

Instructions

Take a bowl add maida, cornflour, baking pd, baking soda and salt..mix them and keep aside.
Take a big bowl add oil and sugar and mix well for a smooth mixture. then add curd and mix well and then add milk and mix.
Put the mixture of maida into the oil mixture and mix well with a hand blender. then add the strawberry syrup and essence and mix well for a smooth texture
Grease a baking tray. preheat the oven, bake at 180 degree for 25 min.
