Moist delicious eggless cake, rich in taste and flavour. The combination of chocolate and strawberry flavour is divine.
Grease the cake pan with butter and set aside. Take the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk till the butter and sugar melts. Add milk and whisk.
Mix the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients and gently fold it and make a smooth batter. Now divide the butter into two.
In one part add the cocoa powder and the chocolate sauce and gently fold it with any lumps in the batter.
In the other part add the strawberry sauce and gently fold and mix thoroughly.
Now pour the chocolate batter in the greased cake pan, let it spread all over.
Pour the strawberry batter over the chocolate batter and let it spread.
With the help of a knife gently swirl the batter to incorporate the batter.
Take the pressure cooker and place a separator or a stand for the cake pan on the bottom so that the cake pan does not directly touch the cooker bottom.
Pre heat the pressure cooker on stove on medium heat uncovered for 5 mins. Remove the gasket and whistle from the cooker cover.
Carefully place the cake pan into the pressure cooker. Cover it, simmer the heat and cook on a low heat for 45 mins. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean, If not, cook for another 5 mins.
Turn off the heat, remove the lid and let the cake be in the cooker for 5 mins.
Now remove the cake from the cooker carefully. Invert the cake in a serving plate, let it cool down completely, cut and serve.
