ABOUT Paneer pakoda RECIPE

During monsoon pakodas are most favourite snacks. Everybody wants to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup gramflour
  2. 100 gram Paneer
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 pinch baking soda
  8. 1/4 spoon ajwine
  9. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Now add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Dip paneer cubes into batter.
  5. Fry both sides till dark brown in colour on midium flame.
  6. Serve hot with sause or chutney as you wish.
  7. Cut the Paneer into cubes.
