Paneer pakode serves with green chutney, sprinkle chat masala paneer pakode loved by everyone with chai .paneer paneer pakoda crisp outside and soft inside.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer -150 gm
  2. Gram flour / besan - 1cup
  3. Astefoedia -1 pinch
  4. Turmeric powder -1pinch
  5. Azwain/ carom seeds -1/2teaspoon
  6. Water as required
  7. Salt as required
  8. Mustard Oil for deep fry
  9. Red chilli powder - as your taste
  10. Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Some chaat masala for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Slice paneer in to cubes or squares.
  2. Add besan in mixing bowl add turmeric powder salt masala , carom seeds , astefoedia and red chilli powder mix well with water.
  3. Prepare thick batter without lumps.
  4. Heat mustard oil in deep pan or kadhai .
  5. When the oil ready pour the coated paneer gently in to the oil .
  6. Fry it on medium flame when one side turn golden gently flip the pakoras.
  7. Remove the pakoras in to the paper towel for removing excess oil . sprinkle chat masala and serve with green chutney.
