Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 cup
  2. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Gram flour 1 1/2 cup
  6. Salt 3/4 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  9. Paav as required
  10. green chutney
  11. Tomato ketchup
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl ad mashed potatoes turmeric powder, green chilly paste and salt.
  2. Mix together and make small round shaped vadad out of it.
  3. Now in other bowl ad gram flour, red chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
  4. Mix well, and add sufficient water to get pouring consistency batter .
  5. Take wada, dip in gram flour batter.
  6. Deep fry vada in hot oil.
  7. Cut paav from middle, apply green chutney, tomato sauce ,put vada.
  8. Enjoy with green chilly.
