Raw mango rice is full of coconut, peanuts, raw mango flavor. This recipe is inspired by chef sanjeeb Kapoor

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One bowl boil Rice
  2. 1 /2cup grated raw mango
  3. 2spoon roasted peanuts
  4. 2spoon grated coconut
  5. 4 whole red chilly
  6. 1/2spoon mustard seed
  7. 1/2spoon cumin
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/4spoon turmeric powder
  10. 6to7 curry leaves
  11. One spoon clarified butter
  12. 2spoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar add 1/2grated raw mango , 1/4 coconut, 2 whole red chilly ,peanuts and blend. make a smooth paste
  2. heat a pan add 2spoon oil add mustard seeds whole red chilly cumin ,curry leaves and roast for 1mintue
  3. Add raw mango paste and cook for 2to 3 mintue
  4. Add salt, 1/4 tap turmeric powder and mix well
  5. Add boil rice and mix well add 1 tsp clarrified butter and mix
  6. Ready to serve with papad
