Ingredients Serving: 5

1 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Curd
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4cup melted butter
5 t sp powdered sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions

Combine the curd & baking soda in a bowl and mix gently, keep aside.
Sieve the plain flour and cocoa pd and keep aside.
Heat 1/4 cup of water in a deep microwave safe bowl and microwave it on high for 1 min, add the melted butter & sugar and mix well.
Add the flour mixture, curd + baking sida mix with a spatula till no lumps remain.
Spoon the mixture in greased microwave safe dish and microwave on high for 4 min.
Remove from the microwave and allow the cake to stand for approximately 5 min.
Decorate it with kitkat and gems by using nutella cream or what ever you like...enjoy
