Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 10-12 strands of China grass or 4 tsp agar agar powder
  2. Full fat cream 100 ml
  3. Milk 250 ml
  4. Sugar 10-12 tbsp or u can add more as sweetness
  5. Colors of your choice.. I used orange blue yellow green tomato red light blue light green light pink

Instructions

  1. Warm one cup water and soak agar agar into it for 10-15 minutes. boil till it dissolve completely, let it cool in another pan boil milk add cream add sugar stir it well..mix agar agar into it and sieve it ..divide this mixture into 6-7 portions, add food colour 1-2 drops..mix well now pour it into mould or glass let it set into freeze for 10 minutes add another colour set it again do this process till all colour set, let it cool in a freezer. Serve it with fresh cream.
