Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cups roasted semiya
  2. 21/2 cup water
  3. 2 medium onions sliced
  4. 1 medium tomato sliced
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 green chilli choped
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1 tesp minced ginger
  10. Seasoning ( 1/2 tesp mustard,1 tesp urad dal,few cashew peices )
  11. 3 tbsp oil
  12. I tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Place a deep cooking pan with oil on medium flame
  2. Add mustard ,urad dal and cashew.
  3. Once it splutters add curry leaf,green chilli,ginger and onions.
  4. Saute till onions are soft
  5. Stir in tomatoes and add salt.To this add water ,let boil.
  6. Add in the roasted semiya,mix cook with pan covered for 8 minutes in medium low flame,till it's cooked.
  7. Stir add in coriander leaves and ghee.
  8. Serve hot with chutney..
