ABOUT MIXED VEGETABLE CUTLETS RECIPE

Mixed vegetable cutlets for your tea time on a rainy day.. make and enjoy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potatoes ... 2 small
  2. Carrots ..... 1 small
  3. Green peas .. 1/2 cup
  4. Fresh bread crumbs .. 1/4 cup + a little for coating
  5. Dry mint leaves ... 1/2 tsp (or few fresh leaves chopped finely)
  6. Chilli powder ..... 1/2 tsp (adjust as you like)
  7. Cumin powder ... 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt .................. to taste
  9. Oil .... to fry

Instructions

  1. Boil the vegetables and mash them.
  2. Add salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, mint leaves, salt and bread crumbs. Mix well.
  3. Make cutlets of the desired shape and coat them with bread crumbs.
  4. Fry the cutlets and serve immediately.
