Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Semolina - 1/2 cup
  3. All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  4. Butter - 1 cup
  5. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  6. Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  7. Grated mawa - 11/4 cup
  8. Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  9. Milk - 1/ cup
  10. Cream - 4tbsp
  11. Curd - 1/4 cup
  12. Powdered cardamon - 1tsp
  13. A handful of silvered pistachios and almonds

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, Semolina, baking powder and baking soda and sieve two three times and keep aside. 2 In a another bowl mix sugar and butter and beat with whisker until light and fluffy. Add cardamon powder..add grated mawa and beat well. 3 Now add cream curd and milk one by one and whisk well after every addition. 4 Now add four mixture Lil at a time. Mix well until all corporate nicely. Now sprinkle Chopped nuts and tap the tin at least 10/12 to remove air bubbles . 5Pour in lined and dusted cake tin or bread tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 fr first 20 mnts and then at 160 dg for another 20/25 mnts until the upper crust get the golden color. Once done keep. It out let it cool for 5/10 mnts and then u mold and serve. ( If you want to do add eggs then remove cream and curd and add egg one by one in sugar butter mixture bf adding mawa. In this yiu need 2 eggs)
