Jack fruit is also known as Panasa Pandu in Telugu, Halasina hannu in Kannada, Pala palam in Tamil. Jack fruit is very healthy and rich in vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats etc., We can prepare number of recipes with Jack fruit, Jack fruit seeds and even with Jack fruit skin. I am preparing it just by boiling and frying. It tastes crispy outside and smooth inside :yum:. If you fry it for long time it will become very hard, and it is difficult to eat.

Instructions

1) Clean the jack fruit seeds in water once.
2) Take jack fruit seeds in a pressure cooker add water just to dip the seeds, then add salt and pressure cook it for 4 whistles. Take it into cup.
3) Peel jack fruit seeds skin ( it is stuff like nylon) , leaving the red skin intact, as it is rich in vitamins.
4) Cut the seeds into two pieces, if the seed is big cut into 4 pieces.
5)Take a pan add ghee and oil , then add boiled jack fruit seeds. Fry it in medium flame till it turns crispy.
6) Once it become crispy turn off the flames and add red chilli powder and chat masala. Salt is already added while boiling, if it tastes less salt, add salt at last.
Crispy outside and smooth inside,jack fruit seeds snack is ready to serve :yum::yum:
