Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup bittergourd'skin
  2. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  3. 1/2cup sorghum flour (juwar )
  4. 1tbs red chili powder
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbs sugar
  7. 1 tbs black seeds
  8. 1 tbs sesame seeds
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 3 tbs Oil
  11. 3 tbs chopped coriander leaves
  12. 1 tbs lemon juice
  13. water for dough

Instructions

  1. Wash bittergourd skin properly and chopped.
  2. All spices, bittergourd, coriander leaves,lemon juice and oil add in a flours,mix all well.
  3. Add little water and make a little hard dough.
  4. Make small little thick puri and sprinkle both seeds on top.
  5. Arrange in a ovenproof tray. Bake in a preheated oven 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown both sides.
  6. Serve with tea.Its very healthy and delicious taste.
