Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 3 ripe mango
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 tsp roasted zeera powder
  4. 1 tsp kala namak
  5. 1 cup roasted chopped dryfruits

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add mango puree and sugar.cook it for 10 min. Till transparent.
  2. Now add black salt,roasted zeera powder and mix it well.
  3. Now greese the tray and put the mixture on the tray.sprinkle all the dru fruits.
  4. Put it under the sunlight for 10 hrs. Or till dry.
  5. With the help of pizza cuuter cut like khandvi and roll it. Dry fruit aam papad ready to eat.
