Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 medium sized alphanso mango.
  2. 3 tbsp sugar (adjust as per requirement).
  3. 1 cup dessicated coconut.
  4. 2 tbsp milk powder.
  5. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits.
  6. 1 to 2 tsp tuti fruti.
  7. 2 tsp ghee.

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the ingredients together.
  2. In a blender add the chopped mango pieces and make a puree without adding water.
  3. In a non stick pan add the mango puree, dessicated coconut (except 1 tbsp), milk powder.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Stir continuously on low flame.
  6. Add ghee to give glaze to the cooked mixture.
  7. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  8. Add the chopped dry fruits and mix well.
  9. Transfer it into a serving plate.
  10. Garnish with dessicated coconut.
  11. Spread tuti fruti on top.
  12. Serve it either hot or chilled as per your taste.
