ABOUT Dahiwali Mirch( Curd Chilli) RECIPE

Green less spicy chillies soaked in curd. It can be stored for the year.Whenever you have shortage of vegetables specially during monsoon just fry it in oil and served with Dal and steam rice. It goes well with curd rice also.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 grams of less spicy long green chillies
  2. 1 big cup curd
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1tablespoon crushed cumminseeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and tap dry green chillies
  2. In a big vessel add curd salt and crushed cumminseeds
  3. Now add dry green chillies
  4. Mix well.
  5. Take it out from vessel and spread it on plastic cover
  6. Keep it for sundry for whole dry
  7. Again add the chillies in left over curd and keep in the same vessel for whole night.
  8. Again morning spread it and keep it in sun to dry.
  9. Keep it for sundry 3-4 days till it dries properly.
  10. Store in a airtight container box.
  11. Fry in oil and enjoy
