Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup greek yogurt
  2. 1 mango chopped
  3. 1 4-5 slices of banana chopped
  4. 1 tsp lemon zest
  5. 2 tsp honey or stevia leaves
  6. 4 tsp chia seeds
  7. 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  8. 1 pinch pepper powder
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 4 -5 tsp chopped apricots
  11. 5 black raisins

Instructions

  1. Take yogurt in a bowl and add lemon zest, cinnamon, pepper powder, honey, salt and mix well.
  2. Now add chopped take warm water and soak chia seeds for some time till it doubles in size.
  3. Add mango and apricots in the curd bowl and chia seeds. Mix it well.
  4. Garnish with banana slices, chia, mango wedges , black raisins soaked in water overnight and serve chilled.
