ABOUT Egg Fried Rice RECIPE

Egg-fried rice is easy to prepare and tastes great as a meal on its own. For the best result, make sure the rice is cooked and cooled beforehand so it won't stick together when frying.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gms Rice
  2. 1 cup carrot
  3. 1 cup capsicum
  4. 1 cup cabbage
  5. 1 spring onion
  6. 8-9 cloves garlic
  7. 1 piece ginger
  8. 4 eggs
  9. soya sauce, salt, pepper pwdr & ajinomoto(optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil rice with oil & salt Fry eggs & Cut into pieces In a wok heat oil add chopped garlic & ginger cook fr a minute.
  2. Add vegetables. I used bell pepper, carrot, onion, cabbage. Saute fr few minutes.
  3. Now add soya sauce, salt, pepper pwdr & ajinomoto(optional) & mix well.
  4. Add fried eggs, greens of spring onion & boiled rice. Mix all well & Serve hot with gravy of ur choice.
