Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1 medium sized onion finely chopped.
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 4 to 5 curry leaves
  7. 1 to 2 green chillies
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp coriander seeds powder
  11. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
  12. 1 /2 tsp kasuri methi
  13. Fresh Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a kadai ,heat oil.
  2. Once the oil is heated add the curry leaves , green chillies, mustard seeds , cumin seeds.
  3. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add the finely chopped onions
  5. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes till they turn golden brown.
  6. Add all the dry spices.
  7. Mix well and lastly add the curd.
  8. Add some water if required.
  9. Stir well and bring to one boil.
  10. Your instant option for sabzi is ready.
