ABOUT Dry rawa dhokla with garlic and tomato RECIPE

Sooji [semolina] 1cup
Curd 1cup
Water 1/2cup
Salt
Eno 2
For tadka..
Chana dal 1tsp
Urad dal 1tsp
Mustard seed 1 1/2tsp
Karipatta
Green chili
Some oil
For garlic tomato paste ..
Tomato chopped 2
Garlic pod 10
Whole red chilli 2
White vinegar 1tsp
Instructions
Take the semolina, curd, salt and required amount of water in a mixing bowl to make a smooth thick batter.
Now we will make the tadka, for that heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and let them splutter. Add this tempering to the semolina batter made earlier. mix and cover , keep aside for 20 minutes.
Now for the garlic paste preparation, heat a pan with some oil. Then add the garlic, red chilli and tomato. Add required amount of salt and mix well. Cook for few minutes and then add the vinegar, mix. cool and make a paste of this mixture.
Now mix this garlic paste into the semolina mixture made earlier.
Now prepare a steamer, and grease the mould. mix eno into the batter and pour this batter into the mould. Steam this for 10 minutes in the steamer.
Once it is cold enough, demould it. For the tempering, heat a pan with some oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Pour this tempering onto the dhokla. Mix and serve.
