Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Curd..1 cup
  2. Rawa or sooji [semolina]..1 cup or as required.
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Soda bicarbonate..Pinch of
  5. Oil..1 sp
  6. Mustard seeds..1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder...1/2 tsp
  8. Chopped spinach..1 cup
  9. Chopped green chillies..2

Instructions

  1. Add water in curd and beat it. Add salt,green chilli and rawa.
  2. Add washed and chopped spinach. Add soda bicarbonate. Grease plates and pour the batter in the plate and steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile prepare tempering. Take a wok,add oil. Add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds crackle,switch off the flame and add red chilli powder.
  4. Take out dhokla plate and make cuts. Add the tempering on dhokla and take out from plate, garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy dhokla with chutney or ketchup
