Whisk up all the ingredients, except the Eno salt and tempering ingredients.
Adjust consistency like Idli batter by adding water.
Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Heat water in a steamer or a big pressure cooker with a ring placed in it.
Grease a cake tin.
In the batter, add the Eno salt and whisk very quickly.
Bubbles will rise.
Pour the batter in the tin and Place it on the ring.
Place a heavy lid and cook on slow flame for 15 -17 minutes.
Shut off the flame and let stand for 5 minutes before de moulding.
Prepare the tempering-
Heat two tablespoons of oil and add the mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves.
Let them splutter.
Pour over the Dhokhla pieces and cut into pieces .
Serve hot with chutney.
