ABOUT Dahi Pakoda Curry RECIPE

Punjabi Kadhi is a tantalizingly sour dahi kadhi having besan pakora submerged in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big cup sour yoghurt
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Hing [asafoetida] - 2 pinches
  6. methi seeds [fenugreek seeds] - 1/2 tsp
  7. rai [mustard seeds] - 1/2 tsp
  8. jeera [cumin seeds] - 1/2 tsp
  9. curry leaves - 10
  10. salt
  11. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take sour curd. In a blender add curd, besan, turmeric pwdr, green chillies & blend all.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add hing, methi seeds, rai, jeera & kadi leaves. Add the curd mixture, water, ginger garlic paste
  3. Add salt & red chilly pwdr & let it all cook on slow fr 10 min. Add corriander leaves & pakoda & cook fr another 5 minutes.
