Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 700 gm chicken full legs (cut into pieces)
  2. 6 tsp Oil and 2 tsp desi ghee
  3. 4-5 chopped onions
  4. 4 tomatoes pureed
  5. 1/2 cup curd
  6. 1 bay leaf,cinnamon stick, 4-5 cloves,1/4tsp jeera,3-4 hari mirch
  7. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tsp lol mirch powder
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  12. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  13. 1 tsp chicken masala
  14. 1/2 tsp dried kasoori methi powder

Instructions

  1. Take oil and ghee in a karahi. Add Bay leaf,cloves, jeera, cinnamon stick.
  2. Add chopped onions sauté till brown. Add all dry spices and little water
  3. Add chicken pieces and sauté for 7- 8 min. Add curd and and again cook for 5-6 min.
  4. Now add pureed tomatoes.Hari mirch and cook till oil separates. Add water and cook until chicken will be done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
