Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish (Makaral ,basa,vetki type or any other fish boneless fleshy part) cut small pieces:150g
  2. Fish marination: salt as required,black pepper powder 1 teaspoon, lemon juice 2 teaspoon, mint and coriander chopped, Mustard oil 1 teaspoon
  3. Curd 1 and 1/2 cup
  4. Black salt as required
  5. Green cilli slits 2
  6. Finely chopped garlic 2-3 pods
  7. Roasted Cumin Powder
  8. Roasted coriander powder

Instructions

  1. Clean fish pieces rub salt and other ingredients mentioned for marination. And leave it for about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a tawa and roast the fish pieces on low flame
  3. Roast both sides properly . Be careful don't burn it.
  4. Now keep the fish pieces aside
  5. Roast 1 teaspoon cumin and 1 teaspoon coriander separately and grind.
  6. Whisk the curd mix black salt, 2 green cilli slits, chopped garlic
  7. Add fish pieces,Mix it
  8. Mix roasted cumin and coriander powder
  9. Fish Raita is ready
  10. Serve it as side dish with Indian type main cource .
