Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lentil (red) soaked 50 gram
  2. Chicken stalk 2 cup
  3. Chicken boiled shredded 200 gm
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Ginger 1 inch
  7. Carrot 1
  8. Potato 1
  9. curry leaves
  10. butter
  11. Creem 4 tbs
  12. Boiled rice 8tbs
  13. Lemon juice of 2 lemons
  14. Coconut milk 4 tbs
  15. Curry powder 1tsp
  16. Red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
  17. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  18. Onion 1
  19. Red

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan take 5 cups of water at chopped vegetables garam masala, salt and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add lentils and cook till done, add red chilli powder, curry powder and curry leaves.
  3. To add chicken stalk, let it cool and grind well, now put in another pan and cook over low flame. Add coconut milk and close the gas, add lemon juice, add shredded chicken and boiled rice in it. Garnish with cream.
