Heat oil in a pan
Add jeera and hing with curry leaves
Add pieces of tinde
Saute till oil half cooked
Take curd and add all dry masalas in it.
As the tindas are half cooked add this curd mixture to it and keep sauteing
Saute till oil separates and add water to adjust consistency
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with roti or phulkas
