For making hung curd
Put the curd in a soft muslin cloth
Fold it from all the sides
Place this on a big strainer
Place the strainer on a big bowl
Now keep this bowl in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
After 6 hours all the extra water from the curd will come out
The portion which remains is hing curd
In a mixer jar put mango pieces
Grind it into a smooth paste
Strain it so that no fibres are remain
A smooth mixture of mango is ready
All the ingredients are ready hung curd , powdered sugar , mango pulp and saffron
Strain the hung curd in the mango pulp mixture
Mix them well
Add powdered sugar and blend well
Add saffron strands
Keep this in the refrigerator for an hour
Then mix nicely , a lovely colour will appear , amrakhand is ready
For assembling take a glass and first put crushed cookie
Then add some ready amrakhand
Then put some chopped mango pieces
Now sprinkle some strawberry crush
Again put some amrakhand on top
Garnish with mint sprig
Keep the ready glass in the refrigerator for two hours , then arrange the ready glass in a serving plate along with mango decoration
Serve chilled , garnish with some chopped mango pieces
